How to open:
- Shake the bottle a few times to loosen the powder in the cap.
- Open the bottle by unscrewing the white cap, do not peel off the plastic sleeve, that is not necessary. Keep twisting! The vitamins, antioxidants and amino acids will drop into the water. Unscrewing the cap makes the helix mix the ingredients.
- Move the cap up and down to extract the last residue of powder.
- Drink right away, the longer you wait the less tasty the drink becomes and remember to drink two glasses of water for hydration.

Note: Cysteine, a key ingredient, has a naturally unpleasant taste that worsens over time if left to stand.

Why is the effect of Reset not described more clearly
We are not allowed to make claims or explain the efficacy of our formulas, nor can we link to news articles, scientific studies, or reviews. This is due to strict advertising rules under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims.
Only a few health claims are approved under this legislation, and none apply to our products. Even for something as basic as water, the only permitted claim is that it contributes to normal body temperature, not that it hydrates.
