Product eligibility
This guarantee applies only to Reset AfterDrink bottles and the Reset AfterMix 1-pack. Reset AfterMix multi-packs, Reset Recovery, combination packs, discounted bundles and other products are excluded from this guarantee.

First-time buyers only
This guarantee is available exclusively to first-time buyers of Reset products and applies only to your first order with us.

One-time use per customer
Each customer may use the money-back guarantee only once.

Limited to one eligible item
The money-back guarantee is limited to one eligible item per customer. If you purchased multiple items, you may still return eligible unopened products within 14 days, subject to our regular return policy.

Opened products
Opened or used products cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping and return costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even when using the money-back guarantee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
