Please note that the delivery times below are guidelines. The majority of orders are delivered within these timeframes, but occasional delays with postal carriers may occur. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control. No rights can be derived from the stated delivery times.

  • PostNL Letterbox package: €4.25 — Free shipping on orders above €30
  • PostNL Standard parcel: €6.45 — Free shipping on orders above €40

• Standard parcel: Mon–Fri orders placed before 21:30 CET are delivered the next day. Sat–Sun orders placed before 18:30 CET are delivered on Monday.
• Letterbox package: Mon–Fri orders placed before 18:30 CET are delivered the next day. Sat–Sun orders placed before 18:30 CET are delivered on Monday.

Reset products fit through the mailbox (up to 3 packs), so you don’t have to stay home to receive your order.
