Reset Recovery is a formulated blend developed by pharmacists for use after drinking alcohol and for daily recovery. The mix contains a variety of natural components, including antioxidants, amino acids, minerals, and vitamins that support the body after alcohol consumption.
What is new?
Reset Recovery has been completely renewed. The white and blue capsules have been combined into a single capsule, now packaged in one blue tin. This makes the product much easier to use, reduces unnecessary packaging and lowers the price per capsule. The formula has also been improved with ingredients such as N-acetylcysteine, Silibin Phytosome® and Quercetin Phytosome®. The latter two are plant-based antioxidants that help neutralise free radicals. In short: a simpler, more complete and better-value product.
How to use:
Take 2 Reset Recovery capsules daily with sufficient water, preferably in the evening or before going to bed.
Or use Reset Recovery after (or during) drinking alcohol and before going to bed.
Recommended dosage:
- Daily use: Take 2 capsules per day.
- After intensive exercise: Take 4 capsules.
- During periods of increased need: Take 6 capsules.
- After drinking alcohol: Take 1 capsule per alcoholic drink consumed.
Do not exceed 10 capsules per day or 42 capsules per week.
If you’ve had 3 or more drinks, we recommend using Reset AfterDrink or Reset AfterMix instead. While you can still use Reset Recovery, it will require many capsules.

Why is the effect of Reset not described more clearly
We are not allowed to make claims or explain the efficacy of our formulas, nor can we link to news articles, scientific studies, or reviews. This is due to strict advertising rules under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims.
Only a few health claims are approved under this legislation, and none apply to our products. Even for something as basic as water, the only permitted claim is that it contributes to normal body temperature, not that it hydrates.

Why do I still feel tired upon waking up?

Why is my urine more yellow after drinking Reset?
